What is the name of that song with the video clip where a guy walks through a street and stumbles people?

I need to find the name of a song with a video clip that shows a guy walking through a street, stumbling people on the way seemingly without even noticing, as if he’s determined to go on, and he also walks over a car at one time. If I remember correctly, the word “no” is repeated throughout the song, but I’m not sure.
